My name is Jodie and I’m an illustrator based in Shrewsbury. I specialise in children’s illustrations, but I also enjoy creating hand lettering and repeating patterns.
When I’m not illustrating, you can find me teaching swimming at the local pool. I love reading, playing games and decorating my home with art from local artists and I am a big fan of crafting – mostly embroidery right now. I also like exploring local fairs, car boot sales and charity shops.
I work with watercolours, crayons and chinagraph pencils to add texture and pattern, making my illustrations unique to my style. I use my style to design and illustrate greetings cards, postcards, gift tags, badges, keyrings and bags, which you can now buy from my Etsy shop.
